The alliance of IBM Watson and Salesforce Einstein can enable organizations to strategize more specifically in terms of targeting customers.
Long since, IBM is a player in Service Cloud industry thus this collaboration offers IBM a closer access to it. Similarly with this partnership, Salesforce Einstein can get benefitted from the large volume of data especially, weather information that might be a threat to the customer products.
Though Watson is an intuitive and hassle-free artificial intelligence platform, it is not in accordance with the business standards. To fulfill business objectives, Watson’s unstructured data can be combined with Einstein’s customer oriented Salesforce data that can later be used as intuitive information.
