Why Salesforce introduced the High Velocity Sales Cloud?
High Velocity Sales Cloud was hurled by Salesforce to assist the sales team in automating their CRM and sales processes. Furthermore, transforming sales solutions and boosting productivity was on top of their list.
The High Velocity Sales Cloud supports the sales team to analyze customer data sets, which in exchange saves plenty of time and lets the sales people focus on serious tasks.

Salesforce Trailhead is meant for educating and training employees on how to leverage the Salesforce tools such as Salesforce CRM, Apex, Visualforce and other services. Einstein Lead Scoring is another new tool integrated in High Velocity Sales Cloud. One more feature, Einstein Activity Capture prevents the sales people from making manual entry to the system by automatically connecting calendars and emails to the Salesforce system. With Lightning Dialer, sales people can automatically contact customers and prospects with a single click, and have all customer data displayed on same interface.
To provide the sales people with real-time alerts and notifications, Salesforce has integrated Engage in their High Velocity Sales Cloud.
