Few days ago, on May 17-18, e-Zest was there at TiECon 2013. Yes that TiECon… and it was pretty awesome!
We were there at booth number 245 at the Santa Clara Convention Center, CA, showcasing, among our other services, our latest offerings related to one of our most favorite things in recent times – enterprise mobility.
The rise of mobility has created a mini-revolution of sorts in the enterprise software sector. The fact that work (and information) that was once restricted to a rigid workspace, is now something that we carry along with us on mobile devices has ramped up productivity and customer service exponentially. The potential of what can be done here seems limitless. It is also something that can give CIOs, worried about the security of their data and compliance issues, sleepless nights. In short, it’s very exciting and we think we have quite a bit of this figured out. And that’s what we demonstrated at TiECon 2013 and the response from delegates and visitors, to put it mildly, was very encouraging indeed.
Apart from what we showcased, just being at TiECon is an amazing experience. We highly recommend it. For instance, just this year, the ‘The World’s Largest Conference for Entrepreneurs’, had over 3,000 attendees from all across the world. The networking opportunities are endless and there are opportunities present in every conversation.
Then there were the keynotes – a virtual who’s who of the tech world – LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner was there so was Satya Nadella of Microsoft as was Chris Anderson, CEO, 3D Robotics. Add to that Manoj Bhargava of 5-Hour Energy, UTV’s Ronnie Screwvala, Maya Strelar-Migotti, VP at Ericsson Silicon Valley Site, Ashish J Thakkar of Founder, Mara Group Africa.
Plus there were mentoring opportunities with IT leaders, an entrepreneur boot camp and best of all, the chance to check out the latest some of the hottest industry sectors including mobility and big data.
