The start of summer comes with the cricket tournament fever. The weekend slots of team members get filled with Cricket matches and practice which otherwise are occupied with treks, parties, pub and discos.
It is nice to see the heightened enthusiasm levels this time. The credit for this may be shared with recent T20 format of Cricket but more organized way of executing internal team building activities like picnic, monthly birthday celebrations and parties can't be ignored. The sport spirit is contagious so much so that some of the clients who visited Pune development center took part in regular practice session.
The current tournament is Pune Inter IT Cricket where all the renown companies from Pune participate. The match format is tennis twelve12 type of Cricket. This time the venue is Range Hill ground near Symbiosis Institute of Management. In the first match tomorrow e-Zest is going to lock horns with Blue Chip, Pune. The match would be surely worth watching when eleven chaps from e-Zest side will stand opposite to Blue Chip army.
