In today’s blindingly fast world of digital innovation and data driven economy, it is imperative for every organization (irrespective of size) to become AI enabled. AI-driven innovations are creating sweeping new business models in established industries as well as disruptive entries from newcomers.
This trend was long coming AI & ML has been the most exciting topic of 2018 according to McKinsey and have been mentioned as the key enabler now at the #1 and #3 spot of Gartner Top 10 Strategic Technology Trends for 2019.
With most organizations still trying to adapt to the changes, it is now up to the executive leadership to lead the change. The two most essential ingredients I feel that executives must deploy is decisiveness and boldness unless the C-suite executives eagerly and bullishly embrace this new AI imperative, they run grave risks of simply becoming unable to compete in a world where AI is becoming indispensable. This movement / mental shift is underway in some of the recent engagements / conversations we have seen the want and the urge to make the shift is now more that’s ever because if they don't do it now, somebody else is going to do it quickly before them.
At e-Zest we take great pride in creating transformative and disruptive technology solutions, that help translates complex business problems into simple solutions, over the last 18 months we have built out our strength in the AI & ML Space , have worked on creating a strong team, working on various scenarios, cleaning data, developing the algorithms and fine-tuning deployment. In a nutshell, we have identified and addressed the challenges most organizations are facing when adopting AI and offer clear guidance for those looking to make strategic decisions about where and how to employ AI in their business.
Today, every solution that we are building has an AI/ML component underpinned to it. Our AI-customer adventures/ experiences span at and across various functions and levels it may be recommendation engine for e-commerce, or validation of huge volume of data which is getting migrated from one Pharmacy Benefit Management System (PBMS) to another with the help of prediction and clustering. A virtual receptionist welcoming the employee or guest or it an alert created for machine failure based on predictive maintenance. We have also worked on cognitive document services reducing human efforts and smart homes improving life quality.
Along with the regular functionalities such as chatbot or sentiment analysis we are also working on classification of recorded heart-beats into normal and abnormal, speech-to-text/text-to-speech transformation, optimization of consultation time by predicting medical tests required based on symptoms and history of data, object tracking algorithms, prediction of customer churn, visual question & answering and smart scheduling. We’re also developing Machine Learning framework to analyze the various types of datasets.
All the projects that we have been involved in and with are with the core theme being how these AI initiatives help create new business models, new revenue models and new engagement models.
As technology partners we are helping businesses reimagine themselves, their customer experiences and their opportunities in an AI-accelerated world that's quite different from the "old" world. It is imperative that the executives understand that becoming an "AI company" is as much about culture and change-management as it is about dazzling technology.
