In the process, we take distinct pieces of data, combine them and look for connections, try to find a pattern or discover a new relationship. The actual transition of data to information, information to knowledge and knowledge to insight, takes place in this expedition, enabling a path to reach self-actualization. Scientists, artists, inventors and thinkers of all sorts have followed the practice to make leaps, from awareness to understanding, from meaning to purpose, from decision to action. This is the DNA of progress and it’s been transforming our world since the beginning. It also happens to be foundation of e-Zest’s faith in the power of Information Technology (IT). Establishing sustainable business networks and building healthy relationships within the ecosystem, has brought us more success than ever before. e-Zest is purely, in the business of helping companies (clients) become more competent, empowered and intelligent. We are here, not only to help our customer improve their operational efficiency, but to ushering them to a new age of goal-driven performance optimization. Our concept of solution goes beyond software (product or service) and “Transformation” is more than just an empty promise made to the client, it is rather our mission. Eventually, it all amounts to one thing- “human desire for enlightenment” and we thrive to emerge from darkness in the same way, as mentioned in our scriptures: Asto Ma Sad Gamaya | Tamso Ma Jyotir Gamaya | Mrityor Ma Amritam Gamaya || First mantra- Asto Ma Sad Gamaya - means ‘Lead me from untruth to the truth’ Second mantra- Tamso Ma Jyotir Gamaya -means ‘Lead me from darkness to light’ Third mantra- Mrityor Ma Amritam Gamaya -means ‘Lead me from death to immortality’. Scripture here, refers ‘darkness’ to ignorance and ‘light’ to knowledge. This is so because ignorance, like darkness, obscures true understanding. And in the same manner that, the only remedy for darkness is light, the only remedy for ignorance is knowledge. Learning is an enduring progression, therefore, in e-Zest we emphasize on CIP (Continual Improvement Process) and encourage our associates to have ‘mind like sponge’, absorb all positives (knowledge alike clear water) while leaving behind all negatives (rigid orthodox perceptions). CRUD in the context of learning, could be CREATE: create a knowledge repository READ: read it frequently UPDATE: update it with the latest DELETE: delete the outdated We keep learning from young and mature, from new and old, from past and present, and from highs and lows. We invest in our knowledge base, spend time on self-development, learn new skills and share it with the world.
