Benefiting through artificial intelligence with Salesforce

Artificial intelligence is dominating the world today and is creeping invisibly in our daily life too. From laptop to cars and home appliances, all are using algorithms, boasting the power of artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence, a concept of making intelligent computer programs, can ease the human tasks. But do you know that artificial intelligence has taken steps already penetrate in to CRM applications.  

Salesforce, a well-known cloud platform is using AI for delivering business application to assist small businesses, HR professionals and salespeople in automating their tasks that devour lot of time. Salesforce is utilizing AI, so individuals can focus on productive tasks rather than performing repetitive tasks of lesser priority.  

In conjunction with AI, Salesforce has introduced a platform known as Einstein, having intelligent set of functionalities to compliment Salesforce CRM. Currently, the application is at its elementary stage, but considering future facets, Einstein will be an extension to Salesforce CRM with added abilities.

For now, Einstein is able to provide information upon leads and opportunity similar to other CRM applications, but once development is completed, Einstein will take Salesforce platform to next level.  

Einstein developed using AI, will emphasize on easing tasks of entering repetitive customer and deals information into the system which is time taking and mundane. Furthermore, Einstein intents to write emails to prospects, look at sales leads by observing their social media activities and provide meaningful suggestions to salespeople on what shall be the next step. With AI, Einstein will be able to recommend vital information primarily, so the salesperson can focus on what is important.  

Einstein is a perfect blend of technology and computing, empowering the CRM world. It is not that Einstein will replace salespeople, instead it will augment their work, using computers and extended technology.
