A new survey has revealed enterprises have said that cloud computing has lived up to its hype and even exceeded expectations of these companies. For most, increased productivity was the popular benefit, with better access to data and cost effectiveness following close behind as other popular responses. Private cloud remains the most popular with over 50% of responses in favour. Hybrid cloud computing is on the rise with one in ten companies using it last year.
