e-Zest's Cloud Computing Practice Vice President, Mr. Satish Agrawal, is going to speak about tracking SLAs (Service Level Agreements) in Cloud at SiliconIndia Cloud Developer Conference on November 26, 2011.
Pune, India, November 22, 2011
Satish will talk about gathering system and application level metrics and generating meaningful reports for tracking SLAs.
Cloud Computing is a new industry that may have unprecedented impact on global business in coming future. Today we have tiny but single-purpose services to large and powerful platforms in the Cloud consumed by new age business, making SLA tracking very critical.
e-Zest has setup a dedicated Cloud Computing Practice Centre to address growing demand of Cloud development services. While offering Cloud services e-Zest felt that it is important to educate the world about gathering system and application level metrics and processing these numbers to generate meaningful reports to understand how a Cloud based application is performing. It is also important to define SLAs in system readable formats so that automatic alerts can be regenerated to notice downtime in the application which will help in tracking SLAs.
Cloud Developer Conference is a platform that brings together leading Cloud technology companies and the developer community to exchange notes and hence e-Zest decided to participate and share its view on tracking SLAs in Cloud environment. Mr. Satish Agrawal, who heads e-Zest’s Cloud Computing Practice, will present the topic in the Session 3 of conference. He is also going to share the business use cases of having SLA tracker in place for businesses.
