e-Zest completes its 8th year of incorporation on 08-08-08

e-Zest has completed its eight years of incorporation on August 8, 2008 with dozens of new clients, impressive growth figures and addition of new services and territories to its portfolio.
e-Zest, an outsourced software product development company, has entered 9th year of its incorporation on a very special date i.e. 08-08-08. On 8th August 2000 e-Zest started its business as a Pvt. Ltd. company with three founder members (Devendra Deshmukh, Amol Pande & Ashish Gupta) and hasn’t seen back since then. Year on year growing at an impressive rate it has reached today to considerable size of 150 people organization specialized in providing niche global software product engineering services to ISVs.
Against the backdrop of US slowdown, e-Zest has managed to keep growth momentum by adding newer services to its portfolio like social application development, SaaS enablement/transition consulting and implementation. It has responded forthwith to the call of Web 2.0 demands by offering Enterprise 2.0, SaaS and SOA based application development services. e-Zest has also brought European region to its radar a year before and will continue to focus on this territory .
e-Zest’s sales is moving upwards, both through existing and new clients. e-Zest has made no changes to its strategic growth plans and confident of achieving them as per timeline. e-Zest is moving ahead with its plans to expand in domestic market as well. e-Zest has always concentrated on building deep domain capabilities towards vertical growth.
Last year’s highlights includes setting up of O2Mania – Green movement initiative by e-Zest team members, partnership with Environment Group ‘Alert’ based in Pune, acquisition of major clients in e-Learning, Healthcare, Legal, Human Capital Management domains. e-Zest also ventured into LPO business through a joint venture with its existing customer.
e-Zest celebrated its anniversary at hotel on beautiful sea-shore of Konkan. It was a jam packed celebration featuring fun games, water sports, ad mad show and individual team member performances.
On the occasion of e-Zest foundation day, the directors and key members expressed their feelings and shared some wonderful moments about their experiences at e-Zest.
Devendra Deshmukh said expressing deep gratitude, “Our people are our asset. We believe our assets go down elevator every evening. I am happy to have all our team members working relentlessly for achieving client delight and ultimately for the progress of company.”
Amol Pande credited the success of e-Zest to its customer centric approach through process driven development, high level business professionalism, family work environment, and open & transparent organizational culture. All these factors along with quality selection procedures has helped e-Zest managing its attrition rate lower than industry.
Ashish Gupta explained e-Zest CMMI assessment plan for CMMI-level 3. “CMMI-Level 3 assessment is scheduled for Early 2009. Also, with more certified IT professionals hiring, e-Zest is expected to double its team size by the end of next year.”
